Shipments within the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail. Orders sent via Standard Post are not traceable and will NOT be replaced if lost. We recommend you choose a traceable and therefore more secure method of postage such as Signed For™

Orders up to the value of £29 postage cost £1.95
Order value £30 - £49.99 postage cost £2.95
Order value £50 - £99 postage cost £3.95
Order £100 and over postage free.
Royal Mail signed for £4.95

Return, Exchange and Damaged Goods Policy
We are happy to exchange all goods if they are returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Sheree’s Beads will not cover the shipping charges incurred by your return. You will be liable to pay the cost of returning the goods and also the cost of having the new goods shipped to you. Exchanges may be subject to a £1 handling charge and additional postage costs, unless the goods are found to be damaged or faulty. If goods are found to be damaged or faulty, and we agree to an exchange or refund, we will refund your postage costs and replace and return the damaged or faulty goods at no cost to you. For exchange items, you are required to include your name, trading name, telephone number, delivery address and reason for return. If you receive an incomplete or damaged order, please contact us immediately upon receipt. Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 10 working days from receipt.
